About the event
Spiritual Botany is an exploration of the history, practical uses, and spirits of medicinal plants.
This class is every 3rd Sunday of each month, held by Petit Portál, lead by Ki Carter, co-host, Li Michelle.
Come tune in with plant energies; get to know the uses, benefits, and hisories of them; create botanical art and totems; and connect with others!
Each class has a two-plant focus: both a "loud plant" and a "quieter plant" that aid humanity. Being aware of our local plants and their medicinal properties helps us to not only form a stronger connection with our earth, but also helps us take back medicinal soverenty.
"Loud" plants are strong medicinals with potent human-plant spiritual histories, often used for a combination of spiritual and psychological healing. "Quiet" plants are our more regularly used herbal supports, that can also be used as an ally to louder plants.
